Welcome

High-Level Women's Leadership Strengthening Program

A co-creation space for women who lead and transform

Welcome to this space for learning, leadership, and regional collaboration.

The High-Level Women's Leadership Strengthening Program in National Statistics Offices aims to enhance the transformative leadership of women in executive positions and strategic roles within national statistical systems in Latin America and the Caribbean.

This program is an invitation to lead with purpose: to build a public administration that is more inclusive, strategic, and committed to gender equality. Throughout this journey, you will have the opportunity to learn from peers, share experiences, and strengthen a regional community of women leaders who transform.

The program is jointly developed by the Regional Office for the Americas and the Caribbean of the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women), the Knowledge Sharing Network and the Statistical Conference of the Americas, the Community of Women Leaders of the National Statistical Offices of Latin America and the Caribbean, and the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), within the framework of UN Women's regional program Women Count.
